Our services include consultations and customized planning sessions designed for tax optimization.
5. Info Products
Info products consist of digital guides, tutorials, and templates made available immediately after purchase.
6. Goods
Goods refer to physical items such as printed materials or starter kits, shipped to the provided address.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Order placement occurs upon completion of checkout. Confirmation is sent via email.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 Services
Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if no major work has been delivered. To request, visit contact and provide order details. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days. Services may be rescheduled or assigned to another authorized person at no extra cost if notified at least 48 hours in advance. Some specialized engagements are not eligible for refund due to resource allocation; these non-refundable services are clearly marked before purchase and cannot be reversed once work has commenced.
8.2 Info Products
Purchases of digital materials may be refunded within 14 days if less than 10% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Requests are made via contact. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 days.
8.3 Goods
Unopened physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate, use contact. Returned items must be in original packaging. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by TaxlabPrime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TaxlabPrime is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our offerings.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
